Amy is passionate about automation, database reliability, SQL challenges, learning, and inspiring others through speaking, blogging, and mentoring.

Amy Abel has a background in site reliability, database reliability, and database administration, with experience working in critical, highly transactional healthcare systems. She enjoys automating painful processes and solving complex database challenges.

She is currently completing her Master’s degree at the University of Denver and holds two computer science degrees from Weber State University.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys off-roading in her Jeep, traveling, trying new food, hiking, and writing about tech.
