  • Sentry One Single License. Access to additional licenses available at our discounted monthly pricing.
  • SQL Server Alerts and Daily Health Check through our SQL Beacon tool
  • Trending/Growth & Performance Review
  • Monthly review call, which doesn't take away hours
  • Daily Health Check summary review on weekdays
  • Access to the team, next business day SLA (worst case)
  • Initial SQL Server Health Check for up to 3 instances (normally $1,497 per instance)
  • US-based Senior DBA as your technical lead and Account Executive (we don't off-shore or bait-and-switch)
  • 24/7/365 Access to our on-call team (charges may apply - includes 2 per year for Gold and 1 per quarter for Diamond)
  • SQL Server Patching and Maintenance planned and executed off-hours on your schedule not ours

Our normal rates outside of these plans are $250/hr with a 10 hour minimum.  A common experience for a client calling up with some SQL Server performance challenges or concerns would be to perform a health check on the instance having the issue, and sell a bucket of 16 hours for $250/hr. This type of engagement is $5,497 for 16 hours and a health check.

Our FlexDBA plans have a next business day response guarantee, though we often are responding within minutes to your tickets or alerts.

Some clients need or want that additional “Keep the lights on” 24/7 check with around the clock support. We have plans that bundle our Senior SQL Server Remote DBA services with a 24/7, 15 minute response time from DBAs, not call center call takers.
