Our DBA service plans save you money over hourly engagements. Our bucket of hours engagement model sells a bucket of 20 hours for $7,000 and a bucket of 40 hours for $13,000. The buckets of hour engagements are excellent for one and done projects but include no on-call support, no dedicated lead DBA, etc.

We include our SQL Server safety check delivered annually. A value of $1,795/quarter. And unlike some SQL Server Remote DBA offerings, we don’t just tell you, “you have a problem!” we help figure out why and help solve the root cause.

Need 24/7 Coverage?

Our DBA As a Service plans have a next business day response guarantee, though we often are responding within minutes to your tickets or alerts. All clients have access to call our on call number around the clock for immediate assistance – being connected to one of our full-time DBAs for an emergency access fee of $750 (Waived for Gold and DIamond per above pricing)

Some clients need or want that additional “Keep the lights on” 24/7 check with around-the-clock support. We have plans that bundle our Senior SQL Server Remote DBA services with a 24/7, 15-minute response time from SQL Server professionals with a partner company.
